Q. Which file format will I get in return?

A. You will get .png file that support image with no background.

Q. Can I get .svg file in return?

A. SVG is  vector format. If you need a vector file in return, please buy our vectosation service instead.

Q. What if I want to order a DTF Transfer for this artwork as well?

A. Typically, we prepare your file within 24 working hours. We also offer a free gangsheet design service. Once your file is ready, you can use our online free Gangsheet designer to create your gangsheet and place your order. If you prefer to receive a printed DTF Transfer instead of just the file, you can place a DTF Transfer order in addition and write all detail with order.
