A. No, background removal is included for free with our vectorization service, so you don’t need to select an additional background removal service.

Q. What file formats will I receive?

A. You will receive your artwork in .pdf, .svg, .png, and .jpg formats. If you need any other file formats, please specify your requirements when placing your order.

Q. What if I want to order a DTF Transfer for this artwork as well?

A. Typically, we prepare your file within 24 working hours. We also offer a free gangsheet design service. Once your file is ready, you can use our online free Gangsheet designer to create your gangsheet and place your order. If you prefer to receive a printed DTF Transfer instead of just the file, you can place a DTF Transfer order in addition and write all detail with order.
